Stefano Marinucci
Stefano Marinucci, hailing from Italy, has a rich background in the coffee industry. In 2014, he trained as a coffee roaster in Reno, Nevada (USA), and subsequently worked for four years in Florida, Boston, and New York. During this period, Stefano was actively involved in the creation and development of Cold Brew coffee. In 2018, he returned to Europe and began focusing on the production of decaffeinated coffee. Since then, Stefano has been contributing to the hospitality sector in Northern Ireland. His passion and expertise led him to found Pro.Mar Group, where he continues to innovate and shape the future of coffee.
Ezio Prosperococco
Ezio Prosperococco is also a resident in the centre of Italy, Ezio has a rich background in the commercial machinery industry. In 2021, he developed the actual Ginger & Barley Coffee Dispenser.
